I hereby appoint NotGreedy Ltd, (Company registration number C74861), (hereinafter referred to as ‘NotGreedy), as property negotiators for the abovementioned property (hereinafter referred to as the 'Property'). NotGreedy is hereby engaged to negotiate the sale, exchange or other transfer of the Property in any manner it deems fit, including marketing through social media and listing on NotGreedy’s website, amongst others, and this subject to the terms and conditions set out hereunder. The price listed above shall be marked up with the NotGreedy fee plus VAT (which marked up asking price is hereinafter referred to as the 'Price'). Should any transaction of the Property ensue therefrom, I, the undersigned, undertake to pay NotGreedy, the fee plus VAT due from the Price, and this on the date of the final contract.
1. I, the undersigned, undertake to inform NotGreedy without delay should the Property be withdrawn from the market for whatsoever reason, and, in the event of the transfer of the Property privately or through another agency, by no later than the date of execution of a formal promise of sale agreement (‘konvenju’).
2. I, the undersigned, undertake to inform NotGreedy without delay should any prospective purchaser introduced by NotGreedy approach me or any other co-owner of the property, either privately or through another estate agency, in an attempt to negotiate the purchase of the Property. In this regard, I nonetheless undertake to pay NotGreedy the respective fee plus VAT should I transfer the Property, either privately or through another estate agency, to a purchaser who has originally been introduced to me by NotGreedy, and this even though the price and terms may differ from those set out in this agreement.
3. Should a promise of sale agreement, entered into with a prospective purchaser that was introduced by NotGreedy, be subsequently terminated through no fault of my own, I undertake to pay NotGreedy an amount equivalent to 10% plus VAT of any and all deposit/s forfeited in my favour.
4. Should a different price be agreed upon with a prospective purchaser, be it higher or lower than the Price abovementioned, I undertake to pay NotGreedy the applicable rate for such new agreed price as per the price list on the company website. In all cases, the fee payable to NotGreedy shall be calculated on the total transfer price of the Property as well as any moveables situated therein should the property be sold as furnished or partly furnished.
5. I hereby give full consent to NotGreedy for the marketing of the Property, including the use of property data and images. NotGreedy is authorised to market and advertise the Property through any commercial means, including social media, website, radio and any other media platform. I hereby authorise NotGreedy to contact me via email, sms or phone call should any viewing request or offer/negotiation be received by a prospective buyer concerning the Property. Personal data is collected in accordance with the Data Protection Act. Your personal data may be shared with our sub-agents and authorised third parties and we may use your personal data to inform you, via email or mobile number provided, about properties which may interest you, other services which we offer, the promotion of future events, marketing and promotional material, and this until such time that NotGreedy is informed, in writing, of any expression to the contrary.
